We are seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual with factory experience to take on this role. Aluminium and/or steel fabrication experience is essential. The successful applicant will be a go getter and a vital part of the production team.

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, based in Virginia Brisbane.

Customer Service and Data Administrator Specialist

We are seeking a hardworking, well presented, well spoken, bubbly, self-motivated individual with a high level of data entry management, CRM Knowledge, experience in MYOB/QuickBooks. As well a high level of customer service experience to take on an autonomously role. The successful applicant will be a go getter and apart of the forefront of the customer service team and must be highly organised and have strong communication skills and impeccable work ethic.

The candidate will be experienced (3 year plus) Administrator/Data Management and the ability to use your skills to ensure the smooth running of the reception area including booking of sales representatives & job appointments and a high attention to detail. This important member of the team, Customer Service and Data Administrator Specialist will assist with activities across the group, maintaining the highest level of professional standards.

This role will be full time based on the north side of Brisbane Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will be a go getter and apart of the forefront of the customer service team and must be highly organised and have strong communication skills and impeccable work ethic.

The candidate will be experienced (3 year plus) Sales Executive preferably with history of showcasing shutters and window coverings to homeowners/corporate companies within South East Queensland. The Sales Executive work closely with the Customer Service and Data Administrator with lead generation from enquires and maintaining a healthy call plan. While also communicating to the fitters. The right candidate will be responsible for engaging with the clients and demonstrating the features and benefits of the product and maintaining a high level of service and being a face representative of the company. Brisbane shutters provide a high level of support to their team and an extensive training within the field.

This role will be mainly based in the field and our head office is based on the North Side of Brisbane.
