We don’t buy in assemblies and we don’t mass produce because that would mean trying to make a standard shutter fit a non-standard space or being unable to accept a job.

Filling in gaps to make a standard shutter fit would result in an unsatisfactory job and that just isn’t our style. For those companies that only supply specific sizes, that’s inevitable unless they just happen to be sizes that exactly match all your windows and other openings.

We, however, need to be satisfied with the look and functionality of the finished product just as much as every customer and we wouldn’t be if it wasn’t right.

For that reason, we survey every job, measure every opening, find out each customer’s wishes and provide all the help and advice we can. We then custom make every shutter so that it fits exactly. It doesn’t matter if your windows are extremely large, aren’t square or have arched or angled tops — our shutters will fit because they’re manufactured specifically to do so.

To ensure they do fit, and properly, we install them ourselves. We don’t provide DIY kits and we don’t use sub-contract labour for the installation because we take pride in our products from start to finish.

We want to make sure everything goes properly, with no hitches, because we have to ensure every customer is totally happy with what they get.
